CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy is as follows: If you need to cancel your appointment or booking, I kindly request that you provide at least 24-48 hour notice. This allows me sufficient time to adjust my schedule and offer the opportunity to other clients in need of services. If a cancellation occurs without providing the required notice, I regret to inform you that a cancellation fee may be applicable. This fee is not be punitive but to help offset costs associated with the lost opportunity and resources dedicated to your original booking.
